SYNERGY ENTERTAINMENT

Synergy Entertainment (SE) is a self-distributed label with audio and video product. It is distributed via its own distribution division, SEI Distribution.

SE's catalog, as of January 2009, consists of over 1,200 titles, including a combination of single audio CDs, known as the Collectors Series. These are attractively packaged, attractively priced recordings of major artists such as Ray Charles, Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Charlie Parker, Jerry Lee Lewis, Rod Stewart, Harry Belafonte, Peggy Lee and Hank Williams. We also have the Synergy Archive Series, which are mostly Classics Movies featuring such stars as Cary Grant, John Wayne, Marilyn Monroe, Shirley Temple and Boris Karloff.

Among the Collectors Series are CD/DVD packages that combine a CD of an artist with a DVD feature film or television show that features that artist. There are titles featuring Marilyn Monroe, Jane Russell, Marlene Dietrich, Judy Garland, Roy Rogers, Gene Autry, Liberace and Mahalia Jackson.

Another CD/DVD title is a package of poetry readings by the famed poet Lawrence Ferlinghetti — hear the CD of his poetry reading and see the actual studio recording progress on the companion DVD.

Among our other specialty titles, the Festival of Fright series are DVDs of classic horror film trailers… collector's items for horror film fans. Another is a 2-DVD set of 16 episodes and approximately 5-1/2 hours of the fun-filled '50s TV series "Sheena, Queen of the Jungle".

SE also has the Grass Series, a very enjoyable series of traditional bluegrass renditions performed by top-notch Nashville musicians of well-known music by well-known artists, e.g. Eagles, Grateful Dead, Johnny Cash, Elvis, etc. These fifteen (15) proprietary releases are mid-priced.
